Do You Have a Physical Store?
While we currently do not have a physical store, all of our products are available for online purchase on this website or through Lazada and Shopee.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept payments made via debit or credit-card through PayPal and bank deposit or online fund transfer through BDO.
How Do You Ship Orders?
We are able to ship our customer’s orders through partner courier services. We can also arrange your delivery through Grab or Lalamove for orders within Metro Manila.

When Can I Expect My Order to Arrive?
Those within Metro Manila can expect their packages within 3 to 7 working days. Provincial orders may take up 7 to 14 working days. Kindly contact us for any additional concerns.
Do You Accept Returns or Exchanges?

Is There a Warranty?
Our products are covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. This does not cover wear from normal use or function.
Where is the Service Center?
You can send your AVA Dishwashers to our head office in New Manila, Quezon City for service or repairs.
